Ryan Reynolds is one of the finest actors of our generation. Throughout his incredible career spanning over three decades, Reynolds is one of the most versatile actors there is. However, Deadpool was the one big movie that made Reynolds the huge film star he is. Deadpool 2 further helped cement his legacy as the Merc with a mouth. Apart from being a massive success for Reynolds, the sequel also introduced us to some wonderful cameo scenes in the movie, including that of Brad Pitt. And previously, Reynolds revealed the peculiar request World War Z made in return for a cameo scene in the film.

Pitt is amongst some of the most popular actors of our generation and has given some very fine films over the years. However, despite all the stardom and fame that surrounds him, he had a very minimal request before doing a cameo scene in Deadpool 2. During an interview with the cast and crew, co-writer, Rhett Reese revealed Pitt’s peculiar demand before starring as the Vanisher. While speaking to ET online in 2018, Reynolds also admitted, “I was told all he wants is a cup of coffee.” Strange as it sounds, Reynolds was rather confused upon hearing Pitts’s request at first.

Initially, the Free Guy star actually wondered whether Pitt wanted a cup of coffee or an entire franchise. However, later when Reynolds found out that Pitt was doing the cameo scene for nothing, he expressed his gratitude. Elsewhere in the interview, the Canadian actor added, “And it was a total solid and the nicest thing anyone could do.” Furthermore, Reynolds spoke that he loved casting such a big star, giving him such a minimal role, and how irresponsible the idea was. Interestingly, despite having such a minimal role, the fans were in splits after watching Pitt’s hilarious cameo scene.
