Over the past few months, we have witnessed how big of a football fan Ryan Reynolds is. The 46-year-old actor and his partner Rob McElhenney have left no stone unturned to help Wrexham reach the top level. Not long ago, the news of the Deadpool star pocketing a huge amount of profit following the sale of his company, Mint Mobiles, surfaced online. Owing to the huge proceeds, fans have been demanding Reynolds to sign popular footballer Erling Haaland. So is Haaland going to be Wrexham’s next big signing after Ben Foster?

Erling Haaland is one of the most popular upcoming footballer in the world right now. And as of late, both Reynolds and McElhenney have been making some interesting additions to Wrexham. Not long ago, the duo signed retired goalkeeper Ben Foster on a free transfer for their club. And following Reynolds’ massive deal with T-Mobile, fans have been demanding the duo sign Erling Haaland as well.

Interestingly, as per reports by Daily Star co.UK, the bookmakers have given the odds of 100/1 to Reynolds for signing the Norwegian goal machine. Along with unfavorable odds, the chances of Haaland leaving the Premier League for the Welsh football club are highly unlikely.

Meanwhile, apart from Haaland, there seems to be another attacking forward Reynolds could bring to Wrexham. Spurs striker Harry Kane could be a player who Wrexham might have a better chance at bringing to their fold. And the odds for Kane going to Wrexham are rather interesting at 28/1. While the club has demanded a high transfer price of 100 million pounds for Kane, Reynolds surely has the means to bring Kane to Wrexham.

Ryan Reynolds slid into Ben Foster’s DMs

After Rob McElhenney, Ryan Reynolds has yet again slid into the DMs; this time that of Wrexham’s latest signing, Ben Foster. It might surprise you to know, but Foster came out of retirement to play for the Red Dragons. And soon after the deal between Foster and Wrexham came through, the Deadpool star slid into the goalkeeper’s DMs.

Foster recently made a hilarious revelation about Reynolds sending him a message after his transfer to Wrexham. The former Wrexham star revealed, “He [Reynolds] actually slid into my DMs today once the news was announced.” Foster joked about how he would be leaving the Free Guy star on read, for a while. However, long before, Foster messaged the Canadian actor to join him for a podcast after Reynolds purchased Wrexham. And interestingly, Reynolds has agreed to do a podcast with Foster very soon.
