Katarzyna Herman as Madame Vanja, Adam Lundgren as Dr. Esthétique, Willy Ramnek Petri as Frederik von Bluckfish, and Cecilia Forss as Sophie von Kronenberg round out the cast of The Ugly Stepsister.

The film had its European premiere in the Panorama section of the 75th Berlin International Film Festival on February 16 and was released in Norwegian theaters on March 7, 2025. The Ugly Stepsister

is slated for a wider theatrical release on April 18.
