Tinseltown is a dream factory where stars are made. But navigating Hollywood’s ever-shifting landscape can be a daunting task. However, some stars have cracked the code to success, and Chloe Fineman and Ariana Grande are shining examples. Grande’s rise to fame began in her childhood, but teaming up with Fineman revealed a shared aspiration of emulating the inimitable Jennifer Coolidge. Yet, Fineman’s crowning achievement was her uncanny invocation of Sydney Sweeney
amidst.
Fineman recently dropped a sly but comical reference to Sweeney, leaving audiences in stitches.
Chloe Fineman and Ariana Grande’s Jennifer Coolidge impersonation had a Sydney Sweeney inspiration
Chloe Fineman recently dropped by The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon,
where the host recalled her iconic Saturday Night Live
sketch with Ariana Grande and Dana Carvey. In October this year, Fineman, Grande, and Carvey impersonated White Lotus
actor Jennifer Coolidge for a Maybelline commercial, in which they helped prepare each other for a date to promote a lipstick. Recounting the hilarious episode, Fineman revealed wearing “fake br–sts”
which she likes to refer to as her own “Sydney Sweeneys.”

Of course, Fineman was a little hesitant to say it at first, but she added that she was not alone and Carvey and Grande had their “Sydney Sweeneys”
on for the roleplay too
. Fineman recalled how the entire episode came into being as she initially thought the concept was more of a “sound-alike Coolidge”
thing after the Timothee Chalamet lookalike contest. However, Grande’s familiarity with Fineman’s impression of impersonating Coolidge on The Tonight Show
and vice versa had the pop royalty get the cameras rolling.
While Chloe Fineman’s reference to the polyglot star may not have been on the lines of expectation, neither was her Saturday Night Live
episode with Ariana Grande and Dana Carvey.
When Chloe Fineman and Ariana Grande became Jennifer Coolidge and Sydney Sweeney
During an October episode of Saturday Night Live
episode, Chloe Fineman and Ariana Grande impersonated Jennifer Coolidge for a Hollywood edition of Go as you like. Fineman begins the sketch by promoting a Maybelline lipstick and as she looks in the mirror to touch up her lips, a different Coolidge reflects back which is none other than Grande. As the two Coolidges help each other get ready for a date, they constantly namedrop the name of the Maybelline lipstick they were hilariously promoting.

A segment comes wherein the two scratch their heads over the talking points for the event. While Fineman and Grande are busy with their picks between lemons and Phish, they spray Windex all over each other to clean the mirror between them only for a third Coolidge to pop out of nowhere. This time, Dana Carvey was roleplaying as Coolidge while wearing his “Sydney Sweeneys”
in a pink fur jacket and a blonde high pony. Although many thought of Carvey to flip the script, he actually did with the most upside-down promotion of Maybelline’s liquid lipstick.
