Drake Nearly Drops an F-Bomb About Kendrick Lamar Reciting a Fan Letter on Christmas

The year is fast approaching a closure with Christmas already ticked off the festive roster. But the holiday fireworks have nothing on the rhetorical rockets Kendrick Lamar and Drake unfurled months ago. No matter how hard the rappers try to do away with the conversation that transformed into the rap battle of the year, something or the other brings back the bitter memories. Profanity is the lingua franca of many a wordsmith, but Drake recently came close to dropping one for Kendrick Lamar while reading a fan letter.

Their supporters have seemingly inherited the mantle of unforgiveness since the Kendrick Lamar-Drake feud is officially a beef of the fans, for the fans, and by the fans.

Drake’s fan letter is a Christmas reminder of his showdown with Kendrick Lamar

Christmas is the time when well-wishers and presents come in abundance. But following the rap civil war that had rap enthusiasts in a chokehold for months, Drake’s fan letter by Jonathan Domingos on Christmas arrived with a special F-bomb just for Kendrick Lamar

. In a video now viral online, Drake reads a Christmas message from a fan which starts beautifully until Drake continues, and fumbles after the words, “it’s always f–k Ke…”

as if he were about to name K-Dot.

Although Drake was quick on disaster management, adding he would not be “reading that,”

it was not too hard to piece out his incomplete fan verse. Since Lamar and Drizzy squared off months ago, none of them have gone by a mention without the unnecessary conjuring of the other and their fans have been particularly unsparing in these matters. However, Drake was spotted quickly changing the topic with a shout-out to his fan as he showed off the pictures he attached with the letter.

While fans have taken the helm of the GOAT conversation long ago, despite the fan-directed fireworks for Kendrick Lamar, the rapper shut down critics.

Having begun with a mere showdown of lyrics, his beef with Drake soon turned into a cinematic spectacle. Sure, Drake’s beef played a part, but his conquests were not boxed to it alone.

. With one achievement outpacing another, the rapper has rounded out every high-profile conversation around hip-hop. Although the F-bombs have not slowed down from across the pond, it clearly has no shortcomings in his reputation and Complex’s title upholds, even a profane Christmas can be turned around with Santa is on one’s side.
