Everyone saying 8 is too much, think about how there are barely any shows that become cultural landmarks anymore since they get cancelled after 2 seasons. Nothing is able to build a fanbase or legacy anymore- plus it keeps people employed for years and years instead of months https://t.co/Ugbtt6eXtV

It’s weird like why would you want less of a show especially if it holds up? Lame.

Invincible litterly has only gotten 8 episodes per season which is crazy when show is to get like 20. There literally only 16 episodes episodes of this show like yeah I think I would love more sessions so we can get more episodes

Many fans believe that the multi-season approach is necessary because of the amount of source material, and to do justice to the original comics. As one comic fan added to the support for the long series saying, “that number seems reasonable.”
It’s hilarious how rare 6-8 seasons of a TV show is nowadays. Anyone whose read the comics knows they absolutely have eight seasons worth of material to work with. This is a big story that won’t be over in three or four seasons.

8 seasons isn’t even too many, they can explore the arcs of characters properly and give them the time they deserve. The comic has a lot going on and going off how they’ve covered it so far 6-8 seasons seems about right
