Netflix UK New Releases in August 2021

Here are the new releases that’ll be on Netflix UK in August 2021 as the list show what’s coming to the United Kingdom region right now.

Netflix is always expanding its library with new movies, series, older works, and Netflix Originals. The next month will be no exception to this as there are many productions on their way to the Netflix UK library. The next month’s new releases for Netflix UK are packed with new movies and series, some wildly interesting documentaries, and some new seasons for popular series. Control Z’s second season, Beckett, and The Chair are just some of the highlights. There are plenty of other works in addition to those.

Note that the list is not complete, and those are just what we know right now. There’ll be much more new releases on Netflix UK in August 2021. What’s coming and what we are waiting for from Netflix last month of summer we see below!

August 1st

  • Ackley Bridge (Season 3) – Drama series in which two schools are merged.
  • Chaos (2005) – Action crime drama starring Jason Statham.
  • Darwin’s Game (Season 1) – Sci-fi anime series.
  • Gosford Park (2001) – Comedy movie set back in the 1930s.
  • The Hitman’s Apprentice (2012) – Comedy thriller.
  • I Missed You: Director’s Cut (2021) – Romance movie.
  • Masha and the Bear (Season 4) – Popular animated kids series.
  • Solomon Kane (2009) – A ruthless mercenary renounces violence after learning his soul is bound for hell. Directed and written by M.J. Bassett.
  • Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street (2007) – The infamous story of Benjamin Barker, aka Sweeney Todd, who sets up a barbershop in London. Starring Johnny Depp.
  • Time and Tide (2000) – Action thriller movie.
  • Wild Oats (2016) – A comedy movie about a retired teacher who accidentally earns a fortune by a mistake.
  • World Trade Center (2006) – Historical drama movie starring Nicholas Cage.
  • Young Guns II (1990) – In 1881, cattle baron John Chisum pays a bounty to Patrick Floyd Garrett to kill outlaw Billy the Kid.

August 2nd

  • The Mule (2018) – A ninety-year-old Korean War veteran turns drug mule for a Mexican cartel. The movie also starring and directed by Clint Eastwood.

August 3rd

  • ’71 (2014) – British movie about a young British soldier in a harsh situation.
  • Ije: The Journey (2010) – A Nigerian murder mystery.
  • Pray Away (2021) (Netflix Original) – A documentary on conversion therapy.
  • Shiny_Flakes: The Teenage Drug Lord (2021) (Netflix Original) – Documentary on the person who’s the inspiration for How To Sell Drugs Online (Fast).
  • The Hole (2001) – British movie about four teenagers who live at a school.

August 4th

  • Aftermath (2021) – Horror movie about a couple who moves into their dream house without knowing its haunted past.
  • Car Masters; Rust to Riches (Season 3) (Netflix Original) – The colorful crew at Gotham Garage overhauls an eclectic collection of cars and trucks, trading up to a showstopper they can sell for big bucks.
  • Cocaine Cowboys: The Kings of Miami (Limited Series) (Netflix Original) – Limited docuseries about some big names in the drug game.
  • Control Z (Season 2) (Netflix Original) – The second season of Netflix’s popular Spanish-language teen drama.

  • Cooking with Paris (Season 1) (Netflix Original) – Cooking reality show starring Paris Hilton herself.

August 6th
