Millie Bobby Brown has come a long way from playing a telekinetic 11-year-old on Stranger Things. She is now a confident 18-year-old who strives to express herself and inspire others her age through various creative mediums. From acting to entrepreneurship she just recently turned director. The young star tried her hand at directing a short film for Samsung. Now Brown has expressed her desire to work with an Oscar-nominated director.

Millie Bobby Brown would like to work with Greta Gerwig next

The Stranger Things star wants to work with Greta Gerwig next. The American director has received high acclaim for her projects like Little Woman and Ladybird

Greta would be a dream, so I’m just going to leave it at that. Greta Gerwig would be… just because of her incredible work, but also who she is as a person. I’ve met her and her spirit is contagious, and to be honest, [working] with her would be a dream,” she gushed.

Interestingly, the actress never had the chance to work with female directors. Collaborating with Greta would bring together two powerhouse talents under one roof.

Greta’s next project, Barbie stars Ryan Gosling and Margot Robbie in the lead. The film was announced in 2019 and is slated for a release in 2023.
