has been at work for the past decades, the only exception being the break she took before dropping ‘Reputation.’ The songstress has since then stuck to her record of either always being the best-selling or the most streamed, and in 2024 she truly touched the skies with Eras Tour as she broke records earlier held by legends like Michael Jackson. However, it seems even the sky is not the limit for Swift.

Spotify’s top artist is truly entering the year on a high note, this time not because of her long legs but actually longer achievements.

While fans await what her next project might be, torn between sparing her the time to rest while also desperately demanding a ‘Reputation’ re-release, Taylor Swift has become the first artist to surpass 9 billion streams on Spotify.

This is not a record that the singer has broken, but something that had never been done before by another artist.

That Swift’s latest album ‘The Tortured Poets Department’ did not really hit the mark like her albums usually do; it did not take away from her already established legacy. And this record only goes on to further cement just how much of an evergreen gem Swift’s old albums are.
