Successful director Zack Snyder was under the spotlight with Army of the Dead, and there are a number of upcoming works of him for Netflix.

After Snyder’s Cut of Justice League and the popular zombie movie Army of the Dead, Zack Snyder is perhaps more popular than ever. With Army of the Dead being a huge hit on Netflix, many fans are waiting for more projects. Fortunately, there are many upcoming Army of the Dead projects to Netflix. Additionally, Snyder also has some other works than the zombie franchise. Let’s check out all Zack Snyder projects that will be on Netflix in the future.

Army of Thieves

Army of Thieves is the first work that comes to mind when we talk about Zack Snyder’s upcoming projects. It’s going to be a live-action prequel for Army of the Dead.

Zack Snyder will not be directing this prequel, though. He’s only going to be a writer and a producer.

The director will be Matthias Schweighöfer, who’s also going to be the lead star as Dieter.

The movie will tell of Ludwig Dieter’s another heist, prior to the zombie apocalypse.

Army of Thieves is predicted to be released on Netflix by the end of 2021.

Army of the Dead: Lost Vegas

Here’s another part of the AotD franchise. Army of the Dead: Lost Vegas is an animated series. Its cast includes many familiar names from Army of the Dead, who’re going to voice their own characters again.

Zack Snyder is the executive director and the co-director of this series. Jay Oliva is going to be the other co-director while Shay Hattan and Jay Oliva are going to pen up Lost Vegas.

The release date was originally thought to be in 2021, but Army of Thieves might have changed the plans. You can expect an early 2022 release for Army of the Dead: Lost Vegas, though there’s nothing official yet.

Rebel Moon

Let’s take a step back and look at the works that are not affiliated with Army of the Dead. Rebel Moon is one of them. It’s a live-action movie that’s reportedly huge in scale.

Zack Snyder’s earlier mates, namely, Shay Hatten and Kurt Johnstad, are going to be in the writing team. Here’s the synopsis of Zack Snyder’s intergalactic movie:

“The people of a galaxy sends a young woman to seek out warriors from other planets to help them from the tyrannical armies that are terrorizing their peaceful colony.”

The movie is still in its pre-production process, so there’s nothing we can say about the release date right now.

Twilight of the Gods

Zack Snyder has another animated series for Netflix. Its crew includes Jay Oliva, whom we know from his earlier works and collaborations with Snyder.

When we have a look at the cast, Twilight of the Gods seems even more interesting. It includes many prominent names such as Pilou Asbæk, Corey Stoll, Jamie Chung, Peter Stormare, Lauren Cohan, Sylvia Hoeks, John Noble, and Jamie Clayton.

Wesley Coller, Deborah Snyder, and Zack Snyder are the executive producers.

The release date is still unknown as Twilight of the Gods hasn’t come so far with its production.
