. The buzz follows not just because of the relevance of the content, but also because it is based on a true story, that of Piper Rockelle.

While by now, viewers more or less know it all about Rockelle, the question that looms is about her current whereabouts.

No matter where Netflix takes its spectators, fanaticism is inevitable. However, following the Netflix release of Bad Influence: The Dark Side of Kidfluencing

, the frenzy has hit the roof, particularly with the subject of the documentary, Piper Rockelle. According to Tudum’s report, Rockelle

, who is now 17 years old, has not hit the brakes on social influencing. She reportedly still produces social media content for public consumption. 

After The Squad members sought legal redress against Tiffany Smith, Rockelle’s mother, YouTube reportedly invalidated her channel, impacting her stream of revenue. However, it seems that Smith and Hunter Hill still manage and direct her content, both across social media platforms and subscription service Brand Army. “Since the demonetization happened, there’s been paid subscription-type services for Piper to post pictures for people that want to see personalized photos,”

which by the way are strictly meant for 18 and above, co-director Kief Davidson said.

While Piper Rockelle’s social stream of revenue remains the same, concerns have only grown with time.

While the concerns are understandable surrounding Rockelle, Tudum reports suggest that even today, most of her YouTube videos are filmed by Hunter Hill. She also recently made headlines following a collaboration with the members of the Bop House.

For those unversed, Bop House is a residency where a group of adult content creators live together and make content for the public. While Kief Davidson already raised the issue with Rockelle’s content flooding subscription-type devices, her content with Bop House also received significant backlash with viewers questioning the need for her to collaborate with adult creators. However, Rockelle has dismissed the reviews and the criticism in follow-up videos.
