But when the party is disturbed by the invasion of an alien, they fight back as they are the kick-ass laser tag duo.

The inspiration behind the movie is a real-life UFO phenomenon. It is unexplained Hessdalen lights observed in a 12-kilometer-long stretch of the Hessdalen valley in rural central Norway. The origin of the lights is unknown. They appear both day and night and seem to float through and above the valley.

Usually, they are bright white, yellow, or red. Also, they can appear above and below the horizon. And they last from a few seconds to over an hour. This has been reportedly appearing since 1930. This phenomenon inspired the creators of the movie.
